JPPM eROSES unofficial quick user guide

Quick User Guide for Registry of Societies Electronic System (eROSES)

I tried to help a society to submit its "Penyata Tahunan" to JPPM via eROSES but encountered quite a few problems so I wrote this quick guide as ref. for others to avoid unnecessary issues.

This quick guide is based on existing society which has been registered long time ago whose society reg. no has not been updated to the new PPM-xxx-xx-xxxxxxxx format yet.

1. Create a gmail (or yahoo mail etc) account for your society which you want to submit "Penyata Tahunan" for.
2. Use your society secretary (only) MyKad ID and the above email to register a new account with eROSES website.
3. You will receive a notification email to activate the account.
4. Once activated, you can log in to eROSES and be asked to update secretary profile details.
5. Once done, please click on "Pertubuhan" on top menu and on the page shown, click on "Penyata Tahunan" on left hand side menu. If there is no organization name listed, you need to call the respective state JPPM office ( tel. no. available on eROSES website). 
6. Please DO NOT click on "Senarai Pertubuhan" on the left menu and try to add new organization there as this is intended for registration of a totally new organization and you will be required to pay RM30 if you do so.
7. The state JPPM officer will ask you for Society Reg. No. (No. Pendaftar) in PPM-xxx-xx-xxxxxxxx format, if you do not have it, you need to provide the old PPM no listed on top right of your society registration cert.
8. Once the officer has it resolved, please login again & see if your society name has already been listed and if there is a pencil icon next to the society name . If not, you will need to call the officer again. 
9. Click on the pencil icon and follow the guided step to fill in various info such as AJK list, Penyata Akaun etc.
